1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached (if applicable).

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Approval: We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

  3. Ship Back: Send the item to our return address (provided upon approval).

Note: Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refund Process

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within a day after we receive and inspect the returned item.
